Event Tickets – Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
Booking & Payment
All tickets for paranormal events are sold for a specific date, venue, and experience. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms set out below.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
This is because event costs (including venue hire, staffing, insurance, and logistics) are committed in advance and cannot be recovered if a booking is cancelled.
Under UK consumer law, tickets for leisure events taking place on a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
Inability to Attend
If you are unable to attend due to illness, travel disruption, personal circumstances, or any other reason, we are unable to offer cash refunds.
However, at our discretion and where notice is given, we may offer one of the following goodwill alternatives:

Transfer of your ticket to a future event at the same venue (subject to availability), or

Event credit to be used against a future booking.
Goodwill options are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Medical Circumstances
We understand that unexpected medical issues can arise. While tickets remain non-refundable, we will always aim to act fairly and compassionately and may offer ticket transfer or credit where possible. Supporting documentation may be requested.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior approval, provided the event has not sold out and the venue permits name changes. Please contact us in advance.
Event Changes or Cancellation by Us
If an event is cancelled by us or cannot go ahead as advertised, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer your ticket to an alternative date.
If an event date or venue is changed, you will be offered the option to transfer or receive a refund if you are unable to attend the revised event.
Accessibility & Support
Guests requiring assistance are welcome to attend with a companion. All attendees require a valid ticket. If you have accessibility questions about a specific venue, please contact us prior to booking.
