Barri Ghai has spent more than two decades investigating reported paranormal activity across the United Kingdom and internationally.
His work focuses on understanding unexplained phenomena through careful documentation, controlled investigation methods and collaboration with historians, witnesses and technical specialists.
He is the founder of the Ghostfinder Paranormal Society, one of the UK’s longest-running professional paranormal investigation teams, and co-creator of the SpiritWave ITC communication app.
Help! My House Is Haunted
Barri is best known for his role on Help! My House Is Haunted and Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted, where he investigates reported paranormal activity alongside fellow investigators Ian Lawman and Jayne Harris.
Across both series, Barri takes part in structured investigations within private homes, historic buildings and celebrity residences, combining witness testimony, historical research and on-site investigation.

Barri is particularly known for his work in Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) and Instrumental Trans-Communication (ITC), fields he has studied and practised for over 25 years.

Personal Life
Barri lives in Wiltshire, England, with his wife Emma Ghai. Emma is the Managing Director of Ghostfinder Paranormal Events Ltd and has played an instrumental role in the development and growth of SpiritWave.
Together, they deliver public paranormal events, investigations, and Paranormal Masterclasses across the UK, welcoming both beginners and experienced investigators.
