Ghostfinder Paranormal Events Ltd (“the Event Organiser”)
 

1. Age Restrictions
 

All guests must be 18 years or over. No exceptions, unless already agreed in writing by the event organiser.
 

2. Accessibility & Health
 

We aim to make events as accessible as possible; however, due to the historic nature of many locations, some venues may not be suitable for guests with certain mobility or health conditions.
 

• Pregnant guests are not permitted to attend due to health & safety restrictions.

• Guests attend at their own risk and must assess their own physical ability to participate.

3. Behaviour & Conduct
 

Guests must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

You agree that you will:
 

• Follow all safety instructions given by the Event Organiser or staff

• Not place yourself or others in danger

• Respect the venue, staff, investigators, and other guests

The Event Organiser reserves the absolute right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
 

4. Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
 

• No alcohol or drugs are permitted at any event.

• Any guest suspected of being under the influence will be removed immediately without refund.

• Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, candles, matches, or naked flames are strictly prohibited inside venues.
   

5. Safety & Liability
 

Guests attend entirely at their own risk.

• The Event Organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during or after the event.

• This includes damage to clothing, equipment, vehicles, or personal items.

• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings at all times.
   

6. Nature of Paranormal Events
 

Paranormal investigations are subjective experiences.

• No guarantees are made regarding paranormal activity or outcomes.

• Any opinions expressed by investigators or guest hosts are personal viewpoints and not factual claims.

• Guests are responsible for interpreting their own experiences.
   

7. Event Changes, Cancellations & Weather
 

• Events may be altered, postponed, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Event Organiser’s control (including venue access or severe weather).

• If an event is cancelled by the Event Organiser, a full refund will be issued.

• If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

• The Event Organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

8. Refund Policy
 

Tickets are non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled by the Event Organiser.

At the discretion of Ghostfinder Paranormal Events Ltd, tickets may be:
 

• Transferred to another guest (with prior notice), or

• Held as credit for a future event

Medical or personal circumstances do not automatically entitle guests to a refund.
 

9. Acceptance of Terms
 

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These terms are governed by English Law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
